An active data center development in Sofia, Bulgaria, designed to support the next generation of digital, cloud and AI infrastructure.
SOF DC is an active data center development in Sofia, Bulgaria — an existing building with established power infrastructure, being developed into a modern digital facility for cloud, high-performance computing and AI-related requirements.
SOF DC is being designed as a next-generation, liquid-cooling-ready facility with direct-to-chip cooling architecture for high-density AI and HPC workloads.
The project is progressing through technical assessment, design and development. Detailed technical documentation is maintained in a secure data room, available to authorized parties upon approval.
SOF DC is part of the continued growth of the digital landscape in Bulgaria and Southeast Europe — responding to increasing demand for cloud, AI and data services across the region.
Sofia sits at the crossroads between Central Europe, the Balkans and the Eastern Mediterranean, serving a growing regional digital economy.
